Hello Dear friend, your advice all sounds so great and I whole hartedly agree with you. 4 years ago we were struggling to pay off a house in Australia at $600 a month as the wife had to give up work. Then we broke up,then we got back together again & bought another house. I was fortunate enough to have got a good paying job & with interest rate rise etc now paying $1600 a month. Due to my own bad health only worked 5 months last year. Now look like having another operation for cancer which has come back again. Am now 51. Please do you know how to help me as you seem to have some good advice, thank you very much.

Dear soulight, Thank you very much for your thoughts, it seems you are in USA, perhaps I should have clarified I am in Australia. Also on question on medication we have a health care card which helps a lot, however it still costs us $70 to $80 per month for medications, once again Thank you for your care J & N

I am a man of 51 years of age. Have worked hard all my life. In 2006 had a pace maker inserted and had a tumor operation on kidney. Now have a vitamin B12 deficiancy and suspected regrowth of tumor. Also my wife has bad diabeties and complications from that. I have cronic depresion also. We are now in financial problems with house payments etc. Would appreciate any small financial help or advice you may be able to give, Thank you very much, J & N
